Who Qualifies For A Bursary Or College Student Loan From NSFAS?
The National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) has officially opened the 2025 application procedure.
Applications are actually open and will close on 15 December 2024.
*** Who qualifies for NSFAS funding
To qualify for NSFAS funding, an applicant should fulfill the following requirements:
• Be a South African citizen or copyright who emanates from a house by using a combined gross home earnings that doesn't exceed R350 000 for each annum.
• People with disabilities qualify if their combined home profits doesn't exceed R600 000 per annum.
• SASSA recipients immediately qualify for funding and need not post any evidence of income.

The NSFAS Loan Scheme for the missing middle is open up to all South African citizens and permanent inhabitants from homes with combined click here R350 000 and R600 000 per annum.

NSFAS only funds individuals who are learning or intend to research in a general public university or TVET college in South Africa.
